Light 7 km
The trail is 7 km long, it is marked and goes along hiking and trail paths. There are no refreshments along the path. Light category doesn’t cross through sea or Via Ferrata. It is an excellent choice for all recreationists, walking enthusiasts and trail beginners. It is perfect for all generations aged from 7 to 77, and it is suitable for families and pets. Only children up to the age of 12 receive medals and prizes in Light category.
Active 15 km
A 15 km long path is designed for all those who actively walk, hike and participate in trails. The trail is marked and goes along hiking and trail paths. There are no refreshments along the path. Active category doesn’t cross through sea or Via Ferrata. All racers who have mastered the Light path and want to push their limits can choose this even more attractive and a bit more difficult path, which will bring a new dose of strength and adrenaline. Active path is perfect for well-prepared participants.

Challenger 24 km
A 24 km long trail is marked and goes along hiking and trail paths, from 3.5 to 5.5 km of the route there is no path, but the area is passable. There are no refreshment areas. Water is available at the Malin spring (at the 15th km). Challenger category at the section with Via Ferrata passes cca 80 m through the sea (sea depth up to hip height). The race doesn’t cross through Via Ferrata.
Challenger 24 km
A 24 km long trail is marked and goes along hiking and trail paths, from 3.5 to 5.5 km of the route there is no path, but the area is passable. There are no refreshment areas. Water is available at the Malin spring (at the 15th km). Challenger category at the section with Via Ferrata passes cca 80 m through the sea (sea depth up to hip height). The race doesn’t cross through Via Ferrata.
Recommended equipment
The organizer will not be checking the equipment.
REFRESHMENT AREAS:
There are no refreshment areas in any of the categories! All participants must bring sufficient liquid and food, according to the length in their category and they must adapt to spending hours outdoors. In the 2023 race results, you can check average times per categories. For the Challenger category, water is available from the spring at the Malin beach (15th kilometre of the race). The racers must bring their own glass/bottle!

Medals and gift packages from sponsors and partners for first three places in all categories for women and men
REMARKS:

- In the Light category, the first three placed girls and the first three placed boys under the age of 12 receive medals and gift packages (born in 2012 and younger)!

- Prizes and medals are collected exclusively at the scheduled time of the announcement of the winners. If the winner isn’t able to appear at the announcement, he/she can claim the prize upon request earlier at the recording desk or he/she can assign another person to receive the prize/medal. The prizes/medals aren’t send by post and cannot be claimed subsequently. Since the results are published live on the internet as well, the participants can see their ranking immediately after the race.
