REGISTRATION

ENTRY FEE

For all categories, the price is 30 EUR (20 EUR deposit at the organizer’s account + 10 EUR in cash at registration on 29 or 30 March).

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

The deposit in the amount of 20 EUR must be visible at the organizer’s account no later than Friday 22 March 10 AM. By paying this deposit, participants ensure a valid registration and their start package, i.e. they will get a T-shirt, finisher’s medal and original start number.

THE REGISTRATION IS VALID IF THE PARTICIPANT:

1) registered by 22 March online by 10 AM

2) paid the deposit in the amount of 20 EUR, which must be visible at the organizer’s account no later than 22 March 10 AM, together with the participant’s name. If the participant doesn’t meet both conditions, he/she will not receive a T-shirt, finisher’s medal (he/she will receive a replacement instead) and start number (he/she will receive a replacement instead), and will have the status of a “subsequent registration” participant, but he/she can officially compete and will be included in the official ranking.

Collective payments: if there are multiple participants (family, team building, etc.), it is possible to pay in one transaction,
but please make sure to write the names of all participants.

Subsequent and late payments or applications:

Participants who are not registered based on deposit payments and are not registered online by March 22 until 10:00 AM will not receive a T-shirt, meal, finisher’s medal and start number (they receive a replacement instead of the original one) and must pay the entry fee in the amount of 20,00 EUR at the registrations on 29 or 30 March. Please have the exact amount of 20 EUR notes when paying for registration in cash. We will not accept coins and we will return no change! This applies to both children and pensioners applying after 22 March.

Withdrawal of racers who paid the deposit:

The racers who withdraw from the race after 22 March (10 AM), and who had paid the 20,00 EUR deposit, can claim their start package exclusively at the registration desk the day before the race or on the day of the race, by the end of registration period (or they can have someone else claim the package on their behalf), or they can transfer the entry fee to someone else. Also, the racers who withdraw can transfer their entry fee to someone else, but they must notice the organizer via e-mail.

Cancelling or postponing the race:

In case of postponing the race to Sunday, 31 March or cancellation of the race in its entirety due to possible bad weather conditions or other objective reasons, there is no refund of the deposit, but participants can pick up their start package at registration (or someone can do it on their behalf).

Other remarks regarding payment and registration:

• Children, minors (born in 2007 and later) and persons 60+ (1964 and older) pay only a deposit of 20,00 EUR (no surcharge at registration). This applies only to racers from Croatia! Children up to the age of 12 can race exclusively in Light category and accompanied by a parent or an adult!
• Entry fee surcharge: For entry fee surcharge in the amount of 10,00 EUR or subsequent registration (20,00 EUR), we accept only paper bills of 10 and 5 EUR (20 EUR for subsequent registrations). Please prepare the exact amount. We will not accept coins and we will return no change.
• Deposit refund: after 22 March 10 PM, it is not possible to request the deposit refund.
• entry fee return after race registration: After you register and receive the start number, you cannot get the entry fee refund.

Membership /membership fee regulation:

By paying the membership fee/participation, competitors become members of the Adventure Sports Club Multisport, and the paid deposit and entry fee cover the KPS Multisport membership fee for the month of February 2024.
